Job Opportunity on Senior TIBCO BW Consultant/ 5-10 Years/ Full Time/ Pune Location

Opportunity with Headway Tek Inc on Senior TIBCO BW Consultant/ 5-10 Yrs/ (Hybrid) Pune/ Full Time.

• 5 to10 of hands-on experience in enterprise integration, with at least 6 years on TIBCO platforms for senior role.
• Expert level proficiency in TIBCO Business Works (5.x and/or BW 6.x / Container Edition)
• Strong expertise in TIBCO EMS architecture, administration, and performance optimization
• Hands on experience with Apache Kafka cluster setup, topic design, Kafka Streams, consumer/producer patterns, and integration with enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of integration patterns: SOA, event driven architecture, pub/sub, request reply, and event streaming
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and telecom platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Web Services standards
• Experience with TIBCO Administrator, HAWK, and monitoring/alerting frameworks.
• Exposure to DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for BW CE preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
