About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of professional experience. This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, statutory compliance, and supporting business decisions with accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities-
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare and finalize balance sheet, profit & loss account, and other financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and client billing
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS compliance
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills-Prior experience in the yarn or textile industry is required.
- Must be based in Surat or willing to relocate
- Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
