# Junior Automation Engineer (Fresher)

## About the Role
As a Junior Automation Engineer, you‘ll work alongside our senior engineers on real client projects — from PLC programming and SCADA configuration to control panel design and system commissioning. This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in industrial automation from day one.
## Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of PLC and SCADA-based control systems
- Support control panel design and documentation (I/O lists, wiring diagrams, BOMs)
- Participate in on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance
- Learn and apply automation standards and best practices across client industries
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for ongoing projects
- Collaborate with the design and support teams to deliver projects on time
## Required Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in **Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation Engineering** (2025/2026 graduates welcome)
- Solid fundamentals in electrical/electronics circuits and control systems concepts
- Basic exposure to PLC/SCADA concepts through coursework, academic projects, or internships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
## Good to Have
- Academic project or internship involving automation, instrumentation, or control systems
- Familiarity with any PLC platform (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of electrical drawing tools (AutoCAD Electrical or similar)
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols
