About the Studio
Vidhitsa Design Studio is a design-forward interior design and architecture practice based in Sector 27, Gurugram, specialising in luxury residential, commercial, and retail projects.
About the Role
A hands-on, end-to-end role across all project phases — from concept and sketch design through detailed documentation and execution. You will work directly with the Studio Directors and project teams across a diverse portfolio.
What You Will Do
→ Develop and document design through AutoCAD drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations
→ Apply international ergonomic and anthropometric standards (Neufert, ANSI) to all space planning and detailing
→ Coordinate with the internal design team and manage deliverables across concurrent projects
→ Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors where required
→ Take ownership of key design stages and meet deadlines consistently
What We're Looking For
→ Degree/diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
→ Advanced AutoCAD proficiency — mandatory
→ Strong understanding of design philosophy and principles
→ Knowledge of FF&E and finish products for residential and commercial projects
→ Portfolio demonstrating work across multiple phases and project types
→ Self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, resilient under pressure
