Job Title: Software Developer (Java / Spring / Microservices)

Role

We are looking for a Software Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience building scalable back-end applications using Java, Spring, and MySQL. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain microservices-based architectures and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code following clean architecture and OOP best practices.
• Design, optimize, and manage relational databases using MySQL, writing complex queries, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Microservices and RESTful APIs with efficient inter-service communication.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using core services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Implement automated testing (JUnit, Mockito) to ensure code quality and system reliability.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Java 8+ / Core Java
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security
• Database Management: MySQL (Schema design, query optimization, indexing)
• Architecture: RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture
• Cloud Platform: AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, RDS)
• Build & Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Postman

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to message brokers like SQS.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
