Junior Ticketing Consultant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Ticketing Consultant to join our travel team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). The role involves night shifts to support international clients.

Position Details:

• Location: Ahmedabad - C.G Road
• Department: International Ticketing Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.
• Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.
• Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.
• Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
