JD :

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (2.5+ or 3.x versions).
• Proven experience in migrating legacy messaging systems (TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ) to Kafka.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot (or Python/Scala) for Kafka client development.
• Experience with:
• Kafka Connect (source/sink connectors for databases, REST, etc.).
• Schema Registry (Avro/Protobuf) and serialization frameworks.
• Kafka Streams or ksqlDB for stream processing.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Kafka Manager, Confluent Control Center.
• Knowledge of distributed systems concepts (consistency, partitioning, replication).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS MSK, Azure Event Hubs, GCP Pub/Sub) is a plus.
