Lead Architect

Job Title: Lead Architect – Design Review

Location: Hyderabad

Key Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch. – 5-year program)
• 9 to 10 years of experience in Architectural consultancy in Design Development and Site execution
• Excellent Aesthetic sense
• Basic understanding of Various Design disciplines and their interdependences
• Should be a Learner with Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude, Self Motivated and team-oriented mindset
• Strong alignment with a detail-driven work culture
• Ability to learn, adapt, and align with organizational standards and processes
• Be able to work on multiple projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Detail Design review of Architectural design, details at key stages of design deliverables
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Facade, teams to ensure design integration
• Create design observations, and propose practical solutions in coordination with various stake holders
• Be able to Review Shop Drawings
• Be able to Respond to RFI
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality benchmarks
• Follow agreed design consistency and construction accuracy
