Roles and Responsibilities: :Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled .NET Technical Lead to spearhead the backend development of our innovative, enterprise-grade Technician App. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and building robust, scalable, and API-driven web applications. You will be responsible for leading the backend team, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, secure, and performant system that powers our React Native mobile client. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the architecture, design, and development of the .NET backend, ensuring it is modular, scalable, and maintainable. · Build and maintain a comprehensive suite of RESTful APIs that will serve as the backbone for the mobile application. · Mentor, guide, and manage a team of backend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. · Work closely with product managers and frontend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. · Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, code reviews, source control, testing, and CI/CD. · Drive the backend technology roadmap, making key decisions on frameworks, libraries, and tools. · Ensure the application meets security, performance, and offline-first requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or senior architect role. · .NET Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with the .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET (Web API / MVC). · API Architecture: Proven experience designing, building, and securing robust, versioned RESTful APIs. · Database Proficiency: Strong skills in database design, development, and optimization using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases. · Architectural Patterns: Solid understanding of software architecture principles, including API-driven, modular, and scalable designs. Experience with patterns like Domain-Driven Design or Microservices is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with cloud platforms (Azure). · Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles. · Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). · Experience in projects with offline-first mobile application requirements. · Exposure to frontend technologies like React or React Native is beneficial.
