We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Java application development and technical delivery

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java & Spring Boot

• Build and implement Microservices & REST APIs

• Develop/integrate frontend applications using React.js or Angular

• Participate in system design and technical architecture discussions

• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security, scalability & performance standards

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Engineering and Client teams

• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance

• Support CI/CD, deployments and production issue resolution
