Lead Project Manager – CCaaS Transformation / Genesys Migration

We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager with 4–5+ years of project/programme leadership experience to drive complex Transformation and CCaaS migration initiatives in a large global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CCaaS Transformation and Genesys migration projects.
• Manage project planning, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Drive cutover, migration, implementation and hypercare activities.
• Coordinate with multiple cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Manage stakeholders, governance, reporting and senior management communication.
• Ensure successful delivery within agreed scope, timelines and quality.
• Drive transformation initiatives within a structured programme/project environment.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead.
• Strong Transformation Project Management experience.
• Hands-on CCaaS migration experience.
• Mandatory Genesys Migration experience.
• Experience in resource planning, risk mitigation, cutover and hypercare.
• Experience working in large global/enterprise organizations.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
• Good understanding of the Contact Centre domain.

Good to Have

• Genesys Cloud experience.
• Chatbot / Voicebot exposure.
• NLU, LLM / GenAI knowledge.
• Experience with RM Chat / WhatsApp.
• Customer Interaction (C&I) domain experience.
