Lead Software Engineer

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks, while also providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI applications.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and generation.
• Develop intelligent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Implement AI agent capabilities such as tool/function calling, memory, planning, and orchestration.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python and Java.
• Ensure application reliability through testing, observability, evaluation, and AI guardrails.
• Lead technical design discussions, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI agent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, Multithreading, and Design Patterns.
• Experience building and deploying production-scale AI/LLM applications.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases, embeddings, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience with API testing and automation.
