We are looking for an accomplished Academic & Research Leader (CSE) to join Chitkara University in a Senior Leadership Role within Computer Science & Engineering Department.

• Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering
• 15–20 years of experience in academics and research
• Strong track record of teaching, research, publications, and academic leadership
• Experience in leading academic programs, faculty teams, research initiatives, and institutional development
• Demonstrated ability to build research culture, industry collaborations and academic partnerships
• Strong understanding of emerging areas in CSE and the evolving higher-education landscape
• Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the CSE academic and research ecosystem
• Drive excellence in teaching, curriculum development, accreditation, ranking and academic outcomes
• Strengthen research, innovation, patents, publications, and sponsored projects
• Mentor and develop faculty and research teams
• Build collaborations with industry, universities, research organizations, and international institutions
• Contribute to the institution’s long-term academic and research vision
