Must-Have:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Oracle Linux).
• OS build, configuration, and troubleshooting at L3 level.
• Shell scripting expertise.
• Experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventory).
• Patch management, performance tuning, and security hardening.
• Experience working in production / BFSI / enterprise environments.

Good to have:

• Exposure to VMware environments and automated provisioning.
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure – Linux build perspective).
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
• Exposure to vulnerability management and compliance audits.
