Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Linux Trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, develop, and deliver high-impact technical training programs for enterprise customers and internal teams. The candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Linux administration, troubleshooting, automation, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT operations. The role requires a blend of technical depth, instructional capability, curriculum development skills, and real-world industry experience to mentor professionals across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
Key Responsibilities
(i) Technical Training Delivery
Deliver instructor-led classroom, virtual, and hands-on lab training sessions.
Conduct Linux administration, troubleshooting, automation, and enterprise operations training.
Provide real-world scenarios, use cases, and case studies during training programs.
Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, labs, and projects.
Facilitate technical workshops, boot camps, and certification preparation programs.
(ii) Content & Curriculum Development
Design and update Linux training curricula aligned with industry requirements.
Develop lab manuals, learner guides, PPTs, assignments, assessments, and project templates.
(iii) SME Responsibilities
Act as the Linux practice SME for internal and customer engagements.
Provide technical consultation during capability-building initiatives.
Support pre-sales discussions by reviewing curriculum and lab requirements.
Evaluate technical assessments and provide skill-gap analysis reports.
Stay updated on Linux ecosystem advancements and industry best practices.
