Hiring Alert | LogicMonitor Administrator / Monitoring Engineer

Are you passionate about infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and observability? We are looking for a LogicMonitor Administrator / Monitoring Engineer to join our growing operations team and help ensure the availability and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Administer, configure, and maintain the LogicMonitor platform.
✅ Monitor servers, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and applications.
✅ Perform proactive monitoring, alert validation, and incident triage.
✅ Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools and defined SOPs.
✅ Onboard and configure new devices, applications, and Configuration Items (CIs) into LogicMonitor.
✅ Collaborate with ISP vendors, OEMs, and internal L2/L3 support teams for issue resolution.
✅ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring workflows.
✅ Support automation initiatives using scripting and monitoring best practices.
