Experience

• 5+ Strong experience supporting macOS environments in enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and support Apple Mac devices using MDM solutions.
• Provide L2/L3 support for macOS device management, security, and compliance issues.
• Deploy applications, policies, configuration profiles, and security controls across managed devices.
• Perform device enrollment, provisioning, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot complex macOS, application, and device management issues.
• Work closely with IT, Security, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one or more MDM platforms:
• Microsoft Intune
• Omnissa Workspace ONE
• Jamf Pro

Deep understanding of macOS administration and troubleshooting.

• Experience with:
• Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP)
• FileVault
• Configuration Profiles
• Software Packaging & Deployment

Scripting expertise in:

• Shell (Bash/Zsh)
• Python
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience in security compliance and device hardening.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Target Profile: macOS Engineer / Apple Administrator / MDM Administrator / UEM Engineer with strong Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf expertise and Shell/Python scripting experience.
