Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe AMS Technical Lead with strong expertise in COBOL, Netron, CICS, DB2, IMS DB/DC and JCL.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 Mainframe AMS and production support.
• Maintain and analyze Netron-generated COBOL and extract business logic.
• Troubleshoot and tune CICS-DB2 online transactions, including CPU and thread performance.
• Support IMS DB/DC applications and modernization initiatives.
• Drive reduction of DB2/IMS batch abends through RCA, automation and proactive monitoring.
• Support API enablement and Mainframe modernization/Cloud migration initiatives.
• Mentor new engineers and drive knowledge transition across legacy technologies.
• Manage critical incidents, problem management and technical escalations.
