Management Trainee

As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functions

This role is ideal for recent 2026 MBA graduates with background in B.Tech/ B.E , who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management — and want to grow into future leaders within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.
• Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.

Qualifications:

• 𝗕.𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵/𝗕𝗘 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields)
• 𝗠𝗕𝗔 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲) eager to grow into management roles
• 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 with strong communication skills & adaptability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
