Job Description
The role involves developing relationships with *Chartered Accountants, Lawyers and other professionals* to generate qualified client referrals.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage professional referral partnerships.
* Prospect through cold calling, references, networking and market visits.
* Develop relationships with CAs, Lawyers and business professionals.
* Generate qualified client referrals and new business opportunities.
* Organise financial planning/wealth management seminars and networking events.
* Coordinate with the internal team for follow-up and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates with prior *Insurance Agency Channel* experience, preferably:
* Agency Manager
* Agency Development Manager
* Agency Sales Manager
* Agency Channel Business Development roles
*Must have:* Experience in agent/advisor recruitment, cold calling, networking and relationship building.
*Not eligible:* Candidates from *Bancassurance, Bank Channel or other non-agency insurance channels.*
Working Model
* Mumbai-based role
* Local-area focused networking and meetings
* No daily reporting to Thane office
* Team meeting every Monday at Thane office
* Primary working area: approximately 5–10 km from candidate's residence
