Marine Ticketing - Night Shift

What you will do ?

• Book, reissue, cancel, and refund domestic and international airline tickets.
• Coordinate crew travel arrangements and ensure timely ticket issuance.
• Manage flight reservations, fare calculations, and itinerary planning.
• Handle schedule changes, flight disruptions, and emergency travel requirements.
• Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and marine travel requirements.
• Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.

What we want ?

• HSC/Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations.
• Experience in the Marine/Shipping industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Strong understanding of international fare rules and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Location - Fort, Mumbai

Shift Timings -

Day Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Weekly Off -

2 weekly offs per week
