Detailed Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required
Must-Have:
- Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
- Arts & Science, candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out.
Educational Qualifications:
