Role - MBR Designer (MES Specialist)
Location: Vashi Site, Navi Mumbai, India (Onsite)
Contract Duration: Immediate Joining to December 2027
Department: Manufacturing
Project: MES Implementation
Work Days: 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday, alternate Saturdays working)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, onsite and mandatory
Project context
The client is implementing MES (PAS|X) at their Vashi pharma plant and moving from paper to electronic batch records. They need a senior onsite expert to design MBRs, connect PAS|X with SAP, and handle testing/validation until Dec 2027.
Must have
- 5+ years strong hands-on PAS|X, including 3+ years MBR/GMBR design
- Can design/configure eBMRs and PAS|X master data (equipment, materials, etc.)
- Practical experience integrating PAS|X with SAP ERP
- Solid pharma GMP experience and CSV (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT, integration testing)
- Onsite availability in Navi Mumbai, full-time, long-term
Nice to have
- PAS|X 3.2/3.3/3.4 and PAS|X MBR Designer certification
- Strong SAP background and experience in global pharma projects
