Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding implementation efforts. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in business architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to develop and present business cases effectively. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
