We‘re Hiring: Loan Processor - Mortgage Operations

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

⏰ Shift Timings: Flexible to work in either:

• 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
\n
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST
\n

Experience level - 0 to 1

(preferred B.com, MBA freshers)

Are you a finance graduate with experience in loan processing, mortgage operations, or banking services? We‘re looking for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering operational excellence in the lending and mortgage domain.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Process mortgage loans from initiation to approval, including:

\n
• Opening loan files
\n
• Ordering and reviewing documentation
\n
• Pre-qualifying applicants
\n
• Preparing disclosure statements
\n
• Submitting loans for approval
\n

✅ Handle loan servicing and operational activities such as:

\n
• Deal closing
\n
• Drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and pre-payments
\n
• Funding and rate fixings
\n
• Fee processing and external payments
\n
• Interest collections
\n
• Nostro and Past Due Reconciliations
\n

✅ Ensure:

\n
• 100% compliance with process policies, controls, and guidelines
\n
• Timely completion of transactions within SLA
\n
• End-to-end exception management and issue resolution
\n
• Accurate MIS/KPI reporting
\n
• Continuous process improvement and automation initiatives
\n

✅ Collaborate with:

\n
• Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams
\n
• Borrowers, Agents, Trustees, and Banking Partners
\n

Required Skills

Strong communication and comprehension skills

Knowledge of loan processing, mortgage operations, accounting, and financial concepts

Loan calculations and financial analysis skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

✔ Experience in Mortgage Loan Processing or Loan Servicing

✔ Exposure to Loan IQ or similar loan management platforms

✔ Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services experience

Qualification

Finance Graduate (B.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or equivalent)
