Job Requirements*
6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong expertise in Python libraries including requests, httpx, asyncio, structured logging, debugging, and code optimization.
Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with:
- Meraki Dashboard API
- Datadog API
- PagerDuty Events API v2
- ServiceNow REST/Table APIs
Strong understanding of event-driven automation frameworks and architectures.
Experience implementing:
- Idempotency mechanisms
- Retry and backoff strategies
- Rate-limit handling
- Dead Letter Queue (DLQ) patterns
Experience working with Datadog monitors, pipelines, event processors, and alert automation.
Experience with PagerDuty incident automation workflows.
Experience integrating ServiceNow Incident Management and CMDB platforms.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of JSON schemas, payload mapping, API contracts, and correlation identifiers.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
