5th September 2026 – Saturday
6th September 2026 – Sunday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM on both days.
Tools need to be carried by Engineer:
Laptop with Ethernet port – for WLC/AP configuration and connectivity.
USB-to-Ethernet adapter – if the laptop does not have a built-in Ethernet port.
Console cable – Cisco-compatible RJ45/USB console cable for direct WLC access if required.
USB console adapter – if the laptop requires USB connectivity for the console cable.
CAT6 Ethernet patch cable – for direct connectivity and troubleshooting.
RJ45 cable tester – for checking Ethernet connectivity/cabling if required.
USB-to-Serial adapter – if required for console access.
Power adapter/charger for laptop.
Mobile hotspot / backup Internet connectivity – for remote coordination if the site network is unavailable
The engineers will be required to:
Provide onsite support during the planned activity.
Support AP mounting and related onsite activities.
Assist with the WLC and AP re-IP/migration activities as required.
Perform necessary checks and validation during the activity.
Coordinate with the remote team and site SPOC throughout the activity.
Confirm completion and functionality with the site SPOC.
