Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer – L2 with strong hands-on expertise in Network Administration, Network Security, Firewalls, Routing & Switching, VPN, Proxy and WAF technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, lifecycle management and 24×7 support of network and security infrastructure across Branch, DC, DR and Cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot network and network security infrastructure.
- Install, upgrade, migrate and manage the lifecycle of network devices.
- Administer Switches, Routers, Firewalls and WAF.
- Commission and monitor WAN links and coordinate with vendors.
- Troubleshoot network/security incidents and manage performance.
- Perform patch management and ensure network-device compliance.
- Administer network security devices and proxies.
- Support POCs, product evaluations and project implementations.
- Maintain network assets and technical documentation.
- Support Branch, Data Center, DR and Cloud networks.
- Perform capacity planning, growth projections and trend analysis.
- Prepare network reports and architecture diagrams.
