Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Palo Alto and Cisco Firewall technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in firewall administration, security policy management, VPN implementation, incident troubleshooting, and network security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Palo Alto Firewalls (PA Series, Panorama).
\n
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Firewalls (ASA, Firepower/FTD).
\n
• Implement security policies, NAT rules, URL filtering, IPS/IDS, and threat prevention solutions.
\n
• Configure and maintain Site-to-Site VPNs, Remote Access VPNs, and IPSEC tunnels.
\n
• Monitor firewall performance, security events, and logs using SIEM tools.
\n
• Perform firewall rule reviews, access control management, and security audits.
\n
• Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents across enterprise environments.
\n
• Work closely with network, cloud, and application teams for security enhancements.
\n
• Conduct firmware upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation activities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices.
\n

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Network Security and Firewall Administration.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama, Threat Prevention, GlobalProtect)
\n
• Cisco ASA
\n
• Cisco Firepower / FTD
\n
• Expertise in:

• TCP/IP, Routing, Switching
\n
• VPN (IPSEC, SSL VPN)
\n
• NAT, ACL, Security Policies
\n
• IDS/IPS, URL Filtering, Threat Prevention
\n
• Experience with firewall migration and policy optimization.
\n
• Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
\n
• Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
\n
