TCS hiring for Nexthink Administrator
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4-6
Must Have:
Hands-on experience administering Nexthink in an enterprise environment (backend/server administration, console management, and analytics).
• Nexthink Administrator certification (required)
• Hands on experience administering the Nexthink platform
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS endpoint environments
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Experience with extending platforms through REST API integrations
• Ability to translate business needs into measurable digital experience outcomes
• Basic understanding of ITSM concepts (incident and problem management)
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members
• Familiarity with data privacy/compliance considerations when designing investigations and reports.
