Hiring: NICE CXone Senior Developer
Required Skill: NICE CXone Sr. Developer
Job Description:
* Design, develop, implement, and customize NICE CXone applications
* Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems such as CRM, WFM, and reporting tools
* Support migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone
* Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents
* Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems
* Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration
* Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support
* Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories
* Build conversation AI flows (chatbot, voicebot) using Cognigy AI or Omilia AI
