Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY/ ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Providing technical support to the Application / Engineering Services team and reviewing the performance of products.
2. Incident reporting and Complaint Handling - Taking decisions with regards to raising complaints in discussion with the BD team and monitoring the progress of complaint closure in discussion with relevant departments.
3. Analyzing and communicating the experimental results to Business Development department and other relevant departments.
4. Communicating unresolved as well as newly reported product issues to the concerned departments, taking follow ups and reviewing the status of ongoing issues.
5. To analyse the the data received from Sales Technical team / distributors.
6. To handle Technical documentation of Customer services - International Sales.
7. To monitor planned Preventive maintenance of installed devices.
8. Assisting in training’s and imparting technical knowledge.
9. Handling other job responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by superiors on a time to time basis.
