People Media Factory is looking for an experienced On-Set Supervisor to oversee daily shoot operations and ensure smooth coordination between production teams, cast, and crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-set activities during film shoots.
• Coordinate with Directors, Assistant Directors, and production departments.
• Ensure call sheets and shooting schedules are executed efficiently.
• Manage crew movement, logistics, and on-set workflow.
• Resolve operational issues to minimize production delays.
• Maintain daily production reports and communicate shoot updates.

Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in film, television, or digital production.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shooting environment.
• Willing to work a 6-day work week from the Hyderabad office.
