🚛 We're Hiring: Logistics Operation Executive | Birla Pivot | Bangalore
Birla Pivot (Grasim Industries Ltd., an Aditya Birla Group venture) is looking for a Logistics Operation Executive to join our Operations & Customer Experience team!
Location: Bangalore
Type: 11-month Contract (Off-roll)
Reporting to: Team Manager – Logistics Operations
What you'll do:
✅ Track shipments end-to-end via TMS & transporter networks
✅ Coordinate with drivers & transporters on issue resolution
✅ Drive POD collection & documentation compliance
✅ Manage exceptions, claims & trip closures
✅ Maintain MIS reports & operational dashboards
What we're looking for:
Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics/Supply Chain
1–2 years in logistics ops, shipment tracking, or escalation handling
️ Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/CRM (Zoho) exposure preferred
️ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
