Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Strong expertise in Oracle APEX development with hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Interactive Reports, and workflow-based application development.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
• Proficiency in API design, development, consumption, and integration orchestration across enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture, PL/SQL optimization, data modelling, and data validation techniques.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP APIs, Fusion REST Services, and SaaS extension frameworks.
• Knowledge of integration patterns including real-time, batch, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with JSON/XML processing, data transformation, and secure integrations using OAuth and token-based authentication.
• Ability to troubleshoot application and integration issues, perform performance tuning, and deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.
