Oracle Fusion EPM Lead
Nalsoft, a leading Oracle Specialized Partner, is seeking a visionary Oracle Fusion EPM Planning Lead Consultant to contribute to our Enterprise Performance Management division. We are looking for a leader with over 8 plus years of experience to drive strategic growth and deliver excellence in large-scale EPM transformations.
As a Lead Consultant, you will be the cornerstone of our EPM Pre-sales, delivery, providing architectural oversight and strategic direction for complex implementations across EPM Planning, and Consolidation. You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of consultants to ensure the highest standards of project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Large-Scale Delivery: Oversee end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion EPM (Planning, Budgeting, FCCS, ARCS, EPRCS) for enterprise-tier clients. He should have hands on experience on EPM Planning and Budgeting.
- Team Management: Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous professional development.
- Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, aligning EPM solutions with complex organizational financial goals.
Qualifications:
- 8 plus years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion, with a proven track record of leading multiple large-scale cloud implementations.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in the Oracle Fusion EPM suite.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, diverse consulting teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and professional, client-facing communication skills.
