Skills & Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in supporting Oracle Forms & Reports applications.

· Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL for analysis, data validation, and basic fixes.

· Good understanding of Oracle Database concepts and experience with ticketing/ITSM tools.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with effective communication and customer service orientation.

· Willingness to work in shifts and provide off-hours support when required.
