Oracle Fusion HCM -Payroll Module/Compensation

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud – Any one Module is Mandatory (Compensation, Benefits,Payroll)

Location: Gurgaon/ Kolkata

Experience- 4+ yrs

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with expertise in at least one core Oracle HCM Cloud module: Compensation, Benefits, or Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new features.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
• Expertise in at least one of the following modules:
• Oracle Compensation Cloud
• Oracle Benefits Cloud
• Oracle Payroll Cloud
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.
• Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
