At eAppSys, we help businesses streamline HR operations and achieve their workforce goals with Oracle HCM solutions. We are expanding our HCM practice and looking for skilled Techno-Functional Consultants to join our team in Hyderabad.
Role Overview:
We are hiring for multiple roles in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants. We are looking for professionals with 5–7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in HCM modules, along with technical skills for techno-functional roles.This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing support and enhancement activities
- Requirement gathering and solution design for enhancements
- Handling data loads, reports, and integrations
- Client coordination and documentation
Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience in:
- Fusion Core HR
- Benefits
- Compensation Cycle
- Goals & Performance
Strong techno-functional expertise, including:
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HCM Extracts
- BI Reports / OTBI
- Fast Formulas
- Basic integrations
- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
Experience:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects
- Minimum 2 support / enhancement projects
- Preferred experience working on HCM projects
Qualifications:
- B.Tech
- MBA (HR)
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong client-facing experience
