TCS Hiring for Oracle HCM Payroll

Exp: 7+Years

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Kolkata/Pune/Bhuwaneswar

Technical Skills:

• Candidate should have a good knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll Module.
• Candidate should have a good exposure in HCM Extracts (Outbounds)
• Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be PLUS
• Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
• Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must.
• Experience on Inbound / Outbound Payroll Interfaces will be preferred

Experience Required :

• Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
• Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting.
• Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience
