Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO per Week

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Oracle Financials to support solution design, implementation and client-facing delivery.

Relevant Experience
✔ 10+ Years of ERP Financials experience
✔ Minimum 8 Years of Oracle Fusion PPM experience
✔ At least 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations
✔ At least 1 Full Life Cycle Implementation on Fusion Projects
✔ Strong Oracle Fusion Projects & Finance module experience
✔ Client-facing delivery experience
✔ Experience with integrated Oracle Fusion environments
✔ Strong functional configuration and integration knowledge
Key Responsibilities
✔ Map client requirements to Oracle Fusion Projects modules
✔ Work extensively on Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Controls and Performance Reporting
✔ Gather and document requirements using AIM / OUM or prescribed methodologies
✔ Design module-specific solutions within integrated Oracle Fusion
✔ Conduct solution design and functional fit-gap sessions
✔ Prepare and execute testing activities
✔ Conduct user training and knowledge transfer
✔ Prepare quality deliverables within timelines
✔ Coordinate with business teams for critical issue resolution
⭐ Preferred Skills
✔ Strong client-facing consulting experience
✔ Strong understanding of Projects functional flows
✔ Integration with Oracle Financial modules
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
✔ Ability to work in critical resolution environments
⚠️ Important Note
✔ 10+ Years of ERP Financials experience is mandatory.
✔ 8+ Years of Oracle Fusion PPM experience is mandatory.
✔ 2+ Full Life Cycle Implementations are mandatory.
✔ At least 1 implementation must be on Fusion Projects.
✔ Strong client-facing delivery experience is required.
