JOB DESCRIPTION
✅ Manage the end-to-end Order Management lifecycle, from order creation and booking through fulfillment, delivery and billing.
✅ Handle customer orders, order processing, booking activities and billing-related queries.
✅ Work on SAP for order processing and related activities.
⭐ SAP ByD experience is preferred.
✅ Knowledge of SNOW / ServiceNow is an added advantage.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams, customers and client stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
✅ Monitor orders, identify issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
✅ Prepare reports, track process performance and perform analysis using MS Excel.
✅ Support process training and structured learning sessions.
✅ Identify training requirements and contribute to training manuals, SOPs and course materials.
⚠️ Candidates should be currently based in the respective hiring location.
