Payroll and Operations Manager

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
• Oversee administration tasks such as employee data management, leave tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues related to payroll discrepancies or employee queries.
• Ensure seamless integration between different systems like ADP Solutions, Oracle, SAP, PeopleStrong for efficient processing.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in Payroll Management & Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of ADP Solutions (End-to-End) including administration modules like Darwin Box.
• Proficiency in managing multiple software applications such as Oracle Peoplesoft HCM Cloud Payroll module.
