Responsibilities

• Experience in designing and implementing decision strategy framework solutions within Pega platforms 8.x.
• Experience in developing Strategy, Proposition, Offer flow, Data Flow, Treatment, When Rules, adaptive or predictive or score card models, volume constraints, reports in Pega Marketing 8.X
• Must have Pega Marketing / Decisioning certifications and Understanding of Campaign Management tools & processes
• Development using Pega NBA Designer
• Certification in Pega certified decisioning Consultant

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills
• 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
• Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
