Job Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations, user access, and workspace configurations within TPG Twilio Segment environment.
• Candidate will monitor data pipeline health, oversee Source and destination connections, and ensure strict adherence to established tracking plans and data governance policies.
• Additionally, Candidate will troubleshoot platform issues, track API usage, and serve as the primary support contact for cross-functional teams utilizing the CDP
• . Strong administrative experience with Segment's interface, role-based access control (RBAC), and data privacy standards is essential to maintain a secure and efficient platform
