Hiring: Senior Associate Pega Developers

Location: Hyderabad OR Bangalore (Hybrid: Minimum 2 days/week in office after training)

We are seeking experienced Pega Developers to join a high-impact career acceleration programme delivered in partnership with a leading global professional services and consulting firm.

This is a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and working closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Pega applications using platform best practices and low-code capabilities.
• Configure case management, business rules, decisioning, and user interfaces across Pega Customer Service, Sales Automation, or core Workflow Automation modules.
• Build integrations between Pega and enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, and connectors.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in release management, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years (Senior Associate level) of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, Case Management, BPM, rules engines, integrations, and debugging.
• Proven track record delivering within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Pega CSA or CSSA certifications are strongly preferred.
