Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pega LSA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega platform capabilities and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications. This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega applications.
• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega LSA methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions with existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Pega applications.
• Document technical specifications, design decisions, and application architecture for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) methodologies and practices.
• Strong understanding of Pega platform features, including case management, business process management, and user interface design.
• Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications that meet business needs.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Pega applications.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement Pega development.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Pega development or architecture are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
