Eligibility:-
- Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks in MSc Physician Assistant (MSc-PA), Masters in Public Health or other relevant allied health disciplines is Desirable, with a strong and consistent academic record.
- 1–2 years of teaching experience in a recognised institution and/or relevant industry experience for the post of Assistant Professor.

- Strong subject knowledge with a student-centric teaching approach
- Ability to deliver high-impact lectures using innovative and modern pedagogical techniques
- Excellent student engagement and mentoring capabilities
- Research orientation with experience in publishing scholarly articles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Out-of-the-box thinking with people and academic management abilities
- Industry exposure and the ability to build industry–academia linkages
Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate classes effectively
- Identify and nurture student potential, encouraging innovation and applied learning
- Mentor students for academic growth, research, and professional development
- Build and strengthen academia–industry collaborations, including MoUs
- Organise and contribute to seminars, workshops, outreach activities, and guest lectures
- Support departmental academic planning and quality initiatives
