Through our XpertCoding platform, we help healthcare organizations turn clinical documentation into accurate CPT and ICD coding faster and more consistently—reducing denials, strengthening compliance, and improving revenue cycle performance. We combine deep coding expertise with modern machine learning to fit real-world workflows, delivering measurable productivity gains while keeping quality and auditability front and center.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Apply your clinical expertise and knowledge to work with clinical data from US hospitals and clinics.
- Work in close collaboration with the CEO, Medical Director, and development team,
- Actively participate in the enhancement of our proprietary advanced data analytics and natural language processing engine, and
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant healthcare standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBBS (mandatory) degree.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

SALARY: 20 LPA - 25 LPA
