Role: Physiotherapist — Recovery Zone

Experience: 2–3 years
Qualification: Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent), registered with the relevant State Physiotherapy Council
Salary: 3 - 4 lacs
Role Summary
Tattva Spa's Recovery Zone offers Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Contrast Therapy, and Leg Compression Therapy. We're looking for a physiotherapist to serve as clinical lead for this zone — screening guests, checking vitals, and making informed go/no-go calls on higher-risk protocols and support day-to-day session delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-session health screening and vitals checks
- Review flagged contraindications from the guest consultation form and make clinical proceed/hold decisions
- Provide clinical sign-off for higher-intensity protocols (contrast therapy circuits combining heat and cold exposure)
- Manager guest experience across recovery therapies and spa packages
- Train Recovery Zone therapists on safety protocols, contraindication awareness, and emergency response
- Lead on-floor emergency response per spa SOPs
- Maintain guest health screening records in line with spa documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent), registered with the relevant State Physiotherapy Council
- Comfortable working in a luxury wellness/hospitality environment
- Calm, clear communicator
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR, or willing to certify
Good to Have
- Familiarity with heat, cold, or contrast therapy modalities (cardiopulmonary/exercise-safety background is directly relevant)
- Prior experience in a spa, med-spa, or wellness setting
